Digital inclusion in Caribbean digital transformation frameworks and initiatives: a review
The report assesses how digital inclusion is addressed in the digital transformation strategies of 11 Caribbean countries and territories. The study examines how social inequalities intersect with digital technologies and influence participation in digital societies. Combining policy review, surveys, and interviews with ICT policymakers, it identifies gaps and best practices to foster inclusive digital ecosystems that reduce divides and promote equitable development across the region.
