Interim Evaluation- Overview Report
The report begins with a description of the methodology and a short overview on the SPEAR universities. The main part is divided into three chapters, the GEP approach, relevant topics that emerged during the interim evaluation, and a list of learnings that the SPEAR universities gained during their GEP development process and expressed in the interim evaluation. The report closes with a conclusion that summarizes the impressions of the second round of evaluation of the SPEAR project against the background of sustainability.
