Diversity in Teaching Handbook– How to make it work

Diversity has become relevant in teaching as the interaction with participants and their diversity of perspectives enriches every lecture, workshop or presentation taught. Considering diversity while teaching enables you to prepare content for different target groups and engage participants with for example different personalities, previous knowledge, or cultural background.

This handbook is relevant for anyone who provides knowledge. Target groups differ in many aspects such as, previous knowledge, expectations, and experiences with teaching, lecturers or interactions with each other.
