Gender Equality Plans and Inclusiveness in the European Research Area
The article explores the role of Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) in advancing inclusiveness and structural change within European research and innovation institutions. Drawing on policy analysis and empirical evidence, the study evaluates how GEPs contribute to intersectional equality, diversity, and institutional transformation. It highlights success factors, persistent challenges, and recommendations to strengthen GEP implementation across the ERA framework.
