The report summarizes the main outcomes of the 2nd SPIDER Digital Dialogues Implementation Forum (DIF), held in November 2025, focused on advancing EU–LAC digital cooperation from dialogue to implementation. Discussions highlighted governance alignment, strategic prioritization, sustainability, and inclusive collaboration models.
