She Figures 2024
She Figures 2024 is the European Commission’s flagship report monitoring gender equality in research and innovation. It presents statistics on women’s participation in higher education, scientific careers, leadership, and international cooperation, while analysing gender gaps in pay, output, and decision-making. It also explores gender equality plans, DEI, and digital transformation to support evidence-based equality policies across the European Research Area.
